Phoenix Health & Wellness:
Convenient, individualized, virtual healthcare…Experience the difference
When was the last time you saw your primary care provider? Does your busy schedule or lack of insurance prevent you from taking care of yourself and obtaining the health and vitality you deserve?

Phoenix Health & Wellness brings high quality, comprehensive healthcare and hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) to you. We offer virtual healthcare via telehealth, which allows for high quality preventive care and chronic disease management wherever you are (home, car, work, etc) all at the touch of a finger.
Phoenix Health & Wellness utilizes the Direct Primary Care model (subscription-based care), and accepts fee for service payments as well. Our Direct Primary Care Model, or subscription-based care model, requires a low monthly fee on a 12 month "subscription" plan. This subscription, also known as a retainer, guarantees our clients receive provider 24/7 availability, quick response times, same day or next day appointment availability, and easy refills without worrying about copays or insurance coverage.
Essentially this is insurance for basic medical care anytime you need it. Imagine being able to email, text or call your doctor on a Friday evening for UTI symptoms and have a prescription sent over that same evening, all without having to wait in an urgent care waiting room or postpone care until you are really sick the following week.

We welcome you to our site, and invite you to browse through to find out more about the treatments and services we are able to provide, and why virtual healthcare is the way of the future.
We also recommend looking into Free market "insurance plans" and HSA plans to cover monthly subscription costs, which can then be applied to your insurance deductible. See link below for more information.

The beauty of telemedicine means you don’t have to drive to the doctor’s office or clinic, park, walk or have to sit in a waiting room when you need an appointment. You can see your doctor from the comfort of your own bed or sofa, in your car, at work, and even if you’re on vacation. You can call, text, email or have a video chat with your provider, at your convenience.
Virtual visits can be easier to fit into your busy schedule. With telemedicine, depending on your schedule, you may not even have to take leave time from work or arrange for child care.
Direct primary care, or subscription based care, means insurance doesn’t dictate how you are cared for, or how much time you can spend with your provider. Visits are longer and relationships are stronger because of the time your provider is able to spend getting to know you and understand your health concerns.
